From the moment we begin working together, we implement a customized management system to ensure smooth and comprehensive coordination of your wedding.
This includes:
- The introduction of a dedicated team consisting of two senior project managers and one junior project manager, who will work closely with you.
- Exclusive tools to track every stage of the project: reverse planning, budget, and detailed schedule.
- The organization of structured monthly meetings, which are essential for reviewing progress, adjusting details, and ensuring that everything is developing according to your expectations.

D-day only package
The perfect accompaniment for the big day
Have you already selected your service providers and started your preparations? The Only D-Day package is ideal for you! For peace of mind, we recommend that you contact us at least 4 months before your wedding date.
With this package, our team of wedding planners will be at your side throughout the day (or weekend) to supervise the various service providers and coordinate the key moments.
1. Before the wedding: preparatory coordination
- Handling of the case from the moment of signing: we take care of everything from the very beginning of our collaboration.
- Contact with your service providers: we liaise with all your service providers to ensure optimal coordination and accurate monitoring.
- Contract review and administrative management: If necessary, we review your contracts and handle the administrative side of things with the selected service providers.
- Creation of the “event schedule”: we draw up a document detailing the entire day’s schedule. This document is given to all service providers, and we ensure that they follow it closely.
- Organization of the technical visit a few weeks before the wedding.
- Final confirmation 36 hours before the event: Two days before the wedding, we confirm the schedule and details with each service provider to ensure a stress-free day.
2. D-Day: supervision and coordination in the field
- On-site presence: A team of at least two wedding planners will coordinate your entire day until 1 a.m.
Contingency management and schedule monitoring: We ensure that every moment goes as planned, with complete discretion.
Vendor coordination: We orchestrate all vendors to ensure a smooth and stress-free execution.
Advice package
Customized support
Because every couple deserves a reassuring environment in which to calmly move forward with their preparations, we offer a consulting package dedicated to those who wish to remain in control of their wedding planning while benefiting from the expertise of Atout Cœur Wedding.
This package includes:
- A 3-hour meeting upon signing to lay the groundwork for your project: reverse planning, budget, priorities, address book, personalized recommendations.
- A 1-hour meeting 6 months before the big day to review progress, adjust your action plan, and answer any questions you may have.
- A final one-hour meeting one month before the big day to ensure that everything is ready, with our expert advice to help you enjoy your final preparations with complete peace of mind.
This package does not include coordination on the day itself or management of service providers, but allows you to benefit from our professional insight at key moments in your planning.
